The validation of the Student Card primarily happens in person with the presentation of the Student Card.
If the Student is not able to take over his/her sticker because of some reasons, an authorized person can validate the Student Card as well.
In this case the Student needs to fill in the following authorization. It is important that the authorized person needs to bring the signed authorization and the Student Card which will be validated, because we can only validate the actual Student Card (we can only stick the validation sticker on the Student Card).
