hereby we inform you that the cashier desk at the Szántó Kovács János street building closes its doors for good starting the 26th of June 2025.
In the future the Rákóczi street and the Ifjúság street cashier desks will take care of the cashier duties .
Accordingly to this, the opening hours of the cashier desks will change as well.
The tasks of the Szántó Kovács János street cashier desk will be taken over by the Rákóczi street cashier desk. So cash payments in foreign currencies can be handled at the Rákóczi street cashier desk.

A Rákóczi utcai (Szántó Kovács János utcai) valuta pénztárban nincs valutakészlet. Valuta fizetés esetén a pénztáros csak a fizetendő pontos összeget tudja átvenni.
2022. január 1-től a PTE valuta pénztárában nem tudunk valutaérmét elfogadni. Kérem, hogy pénztárban azon kiírását rendezze, ami teljes egészében papírpénzzel teljesíthető.
Kérjük, hogy továbbra is a pontos fizetendő összeget vigye magával, mivel a pénztárban nem áll rendelkezésre váltópénz.
At the cashier desk in Rákóczi street (Szántó Kovács János street) they can just accept the exact amount of valute, not less not more.
As of January 1, 2022, we will not be able to accept currency coins at the Faculty cashier in Rákóczi street (Szántó Kovács János street).
Please only arrange your currency payments at the Faculty cashier in Rákóczi street (Szántó Kovács János street) if it can be completed entirely with paper-money.
Please continue to bring the exact amount as no change is available at the Faculty cashier.
