CHANGE IN PAYMENT REGISTRATION at the end of the year

Dear Student,

Hereby I would like to inform you that the order and the processing time of the payments will change in the second half of December at the Univeristy of Pécs.

Please, take into consideration the under mentioned information when you arrange your payments:

• You can pay in currency at the cash-desk of Szántó Kovács János Street until 20th  December 2022 (Tuesday);
• The cash-desks will be open until 20^th December 2022 (Tuesday); it’s the last day for forint payments in 2022
• The cash-desks will be open from 9^thJanuary 2023 (Monday) according to the regular opening hours.
• From 22^nd of December 2022 (Wednesday) registrating bank transfers into Neptun system will take longer time.
• In case of fulfilling the transcribed items in Neptun, please prefer credit card payment method (Simple pay).
• If you transfer money to the joint account (HUF payment only) please note NK-…….. followed by your Neptun code. We can register your joint account payments in this year if you transfer them until 27^th of December 2022.

I would like to inform you that from the 9th of January 2023 the registration of the payments in the Neptun system will be the same as before.
