Student card validation suspended

Dear Student!

 

I’d like to inform you that according to the edict 41/2020. the student cards with the 2019/2020. I. semester stickers will be valid after 31st of March 2020.,

 

15 days after the suspension of the juncture. The Public Transport Companies will accept these student cards.

 

For the sake of the above mentioned and the prohibition of the institute visit, the validation of the student cards is suspended.

Extraordinary school break

 Dear Student,

 

 

 

you have probably been informed that the Government of Hungary announced emergency for the whole country due to the coronavirus outbreak. In accordance with this, measures regarding higher educational institutions were also introduced.

 

 

 

I order full educational break in the current situation for March 12, March 13 and March 14, 2020 (Rector's Order No. 1/2020).

 

 

 

Please do not attend the University's facilities and premises until further provisions.

Sicherlich haben Sie darüber gehört, dass die Regierung von Ungarn wegen der Coronavirus Pandemie für das ganze Land Gefahrsituation ausgerufen hat. Damit im Einklang hat sie auch hochschulische Institutionen betreffende Maßnahmen eingeführt.

 

 

In der aktuellen Situation verordne ich vollständige Bildungsferien für den 12., 13 und 14. März 2020 (Anordnung des Rektors 1/2020).

 

 

Ich bitte Sie, die Gebäude und die Einheiten der Universität bis künftige Anordnung nicht zu besuchen.

Change in payment registration at the end of 2019

Dear Student,

 

Hereby i would like to inform you that the processing time of the payments will change in the second half of December at the Univeristy of Pécs.

 

Please, take into consideration the under mentioned information when you arrange your payments:

    • You can pay in currency at the cash-desk which is at the Szántó Kovács János street until 16th of December 2019;
    • The cash-desks will be open until 18th (Wednesday);
    • The cash-desk at the Szántó Kovács János street will be open from 2nd January 2020, the other ones will be open from 6th of January 2020.
    • From the 18th of December 2019 the registration of the transferred money in the Neptun system will need longer time;
    • If you have transcribed items in forints, please select payment by credit card; The Neptun system will break down from 27th of December until the 28th of December so you cannot pay with credit card during this time;
    • If you transfer money to the joint account (HUF payment only) in the message field you need to indicate the abbreviation NK- followed by your Neptun code (e.g.: NK-N3PT0N). We can register your joint account payments in this year if you transfer it until the 19th of December 

I would like to inform you that from the 2nd of January 2020 the registration of the payments in the Neptun system will be the same as before.

Opening hours during the holidays of the Central Registrar’s Office

Dear Student,

I would like to inform you that the opening hours of the Customer Service during the holidays will be the following:

 

    • 12th of December 2019 (Thursday):      8am-2pm
    • 13th of December 2019 (Friday):           8am-12am
    • 14th of December 2019 (Saturday):      8am-12am
    • 23th of December 2019 (Monday):        CLOSED
    • 30th of December 2019 (Monday):        CLOSED
    • 31th of December 2019 (Tuesday):       CLOSED

 

Please, take into consideration that the Neptun system won’t be available 23thof December 2019.

 

The opening hours from 2nd of January 2020 will be the same as before.
