Statement of loss of Student ID Card

If the student loses his/her Student Card and there was also a validation sticker on it for the actual semester, then he/she needs to pay 3500 HUF because of the loss of validation sticker. Fill in the statement and send it to the Central Registrar’s Office (infokti@pte.hu [1]).
