Currency payment change at the Faculty cashiers

Dear Student,

 

I hereby inform you that OTP Bank ceased to issue currency coins from January 1, 2022.

 

Based on the above, as of January 1, 2022, we will no longer be able to accept currency coins at the Faculty cashiers.

 

Please consider the above when choosing a payment method to settle your outstanding payment obligation.

Change in payment registration at the end of the year

Dear Student,

 

Hereby I would like to inform you that the processing time of the payments will change in the second half of December at the Univeristy of Pécs.

 

Please, take into consideration the under mentioned information when you arrange your payments:

 

        • You can pay in currency at the cash-desk of Szántó Kovács János Street until 21st of December 2021 (Tuesday);
        • The cash-desks will be open until 21th December 2021 (Tuesday);
        • The cash-desk at Szántó Kovács János Street will be open from 3thJanuary 2022 (Monday), the other ones will be open from 6th of January 2022 (Thursday).
        • From 22nd of December 2021 (Wednesday) registrating bank transfers into Neptun system will take longer time.
        • In case of fulfilling the transcribed items in Neptun, please prefer credit card payment method (Simple pay).
        • If you transfer money to the joint account (HUF payment only) please note NK-…….. followed by your Neptun code. We can register your joint account payments in this year if you transfer them until 27th of December 2021.

 

 

I would like to inform you that from the 3rd of January 2022 the registration of the payments in the Neptun system will be the same as before.

Personal administration at the customer service is only possible after making an appointment on time.pte.hu.

I would like to draw your attention that the customer service will be closed from 30 December 2021 to 2 January 2022. From January 3, 2022 we are waiting for students according to the usual opening hours, after making an appointment on time.pte.hu.
