Information on the planned development of the SimplePay payment system on Saturday

Dear Student,

 

We would like to inform you that due to system development works from 25 February 2023 between, 00:00 AM and 04:45 AM the online card acceptance service of SimplePay's online payment system will be temporarily unavailable.

 

 

If you still experience card acceptance problems after the indicated maintenance time, please report it to ugyfelszolgalat@simple.hu.

Holiday Schedule of CRO customer service, administration

Dear Student!

 

Hereby I would like to inform you that the opening hours of the customer service of the Central Registrar’s Office during the festive period will be as follows: 

 

              

Monday, 19th December 2022.                    9 am – 2 pm 

Tuesday, 20th December 2022.                   9 am – 2 pm 

Wednesday, 21st December 2022.              9 am – 2 pm 

 

22nd December 2022-8th January 2023.             CLOSED

 

Personal administration at the customer service is only possible after making an appointment on time.pte.hu.

 

I also would like to inform you that the TAJ card application and the student card request will be suspended due to the nationwide civil service intermission between 21st December 2022 and 9th January 2023.

I would like to draw your attention that the customer service will be available via email on working days from 22nd December 2022 to 6th January 2023. From 9th January 2023 we are waiting for the students according to the usual opening hours, after making an appointment on time.pte.hu.

CHANGE IN PAYMENT REGISTRATION at the end of the year

Dear Student,

 

Hereby I would like to inform you that the order and the processing time of the payments will change in the second half of December at the Univeristy of Pécs.

 

Please, take into consideration the under mentioned information when you arrange your payments:

    • You can pay in currency at the cash-desk of Szántó Kovács János Street until 20th  December 2022 (Tuesday);
    • The cash-desks will be open until 20th December 2022 (Tuesday); it’s the last day for forint payments in 2022
    • The cash-desks will be open from 9thJanuary 2023 (Monday) according to the regular opening hours.
    • From 22nd of December 2022 (Wednesday) registrating bank transfers into Neptun system will take longer time.
    • In case of fulfilling the transcribed items in Neptun, please prefer credit card payment method (Simple pay).
    • If you transfer money to the joint account (HUF payment only) please note NK-…….. followed by your Neptun code. We can register your joint account payments in this year if you transfer them until 27th of December 2022.

 

 

I would like to inform you that from the 9th of January 2023 the registration of the payments in the Neptun system will be the same as before.
